Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data the begin-ads.agency website (the “Website”) collects, why we use it and how you can control it. The Website is owned by the PPC agency Begin Digital (“we”, “us”).

1. What data we collect

  • Data you provide in the form: your name, phone number, Telegram username, website or Instagram, and the service you are interested in.
  • Technical referral data: the page from which the request was submitted, the landing page, the traffic source, UTM parameters and the Google Ads click identifier (gclid).
  • Anonymized visit data (if Google Analytics or Google Ads is enabled on the Website): device type, browser, approximate location and pages viewed. This data is collected using cookies.

2. Why we collect it

  • To contact you, respond to your request, and prepare an audit or a commercial proposal.
  • To understand which advertising channels bring us clients and to improve the Website.

We do not send newsletters without your consent and do not sell personal data to third parties.

3. Legal basis for processing

We process data on the basis of the consent you give by submitting a form on the Website, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”, and, for visitors from the EU, in accordance with the GDPR (Art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b)).

4. Where data is stored and who has access to it

Requests are delivered to the team’s private work chat in Telegram and to a secured Google Sheet. The Website is hosted on Cloudflare. These services act as data processors and do not use the data for their own purposes. Only Begin Digital employees handling your request have access to it.

5. How long we keep data

No longer than necessary for our cooperation, and no more than 3 years after the last contact, or until you withdraw your consent.

6. Your rights

At any time, you may find out what data we hold about you, correct it, request its deletion or withdraw your consent to processing. To do so, email us at [email protected] or message us on Telegram at @bezgind. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.

7. Cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The Website will still work, but visit statistics will be less accurate.
